Digital Hi-C BMS:
"For the new digital Ultra Hi-C battery we have developed a BMS (Battery Management System) specially adapted to the RT4. The fully integrated protection and control functionalities monitors and controls the single cell voltage during operation and prevents effectively from deep discharge. The additional overvoltage and short-circuit cut-off effectively protects the battery at all times from damage to the integrated cells.

Autobalancing:
Another advantage is the automatic balancing of the cells. When charging, the battery, is connected via the balancer cable to one of our LiIon chargers to permanently adjust/balance the cell voltage, just like our other RT4 batteries.


During use - and especially during storage - a so-called cell drift may occur in normal baitboat batteries, which has a negative effect on the capacity and life of the battery.

With the built-in autobalancing function, our Digital Ultra Smart Hi-C battery is the world's first baitboat battery that automatically balances the cell voltage in certain intervals - without the need to connect the battery to a charger! This way the battery always stays in the optimal voltage range - for maximum power and life time.

Digital Volt Indicator:
Residual voltage & remaining time now at an more precise overview: With the push of a button, the blue illuminated display shows the remaining capacity in % and also the current battery voltage in volts with 2 decimal positions. The display turns off automatically after a couple of seconds to prevent power consumption during usage or storage.

Can be used in the RT4 together with a normal RT4 Hi-C (8.7aH) battery - for almost a total battery capacity of 40ah!

// Lipo Vs LiIon

Compared to Lipo batteries used in the model industry, our high performance Li-Ion pack industrial cells offer the following advantages:

Puncture-proof cells
No swelling, valve-controlled over pressure protection
3 x higher Cycle stability than standard LiPo packs
higher usable temperature range
Usable from -20 to +60 degrees with clearly less performance losses
especially at lower temperatures
Higher shock protection than Lipo cells, due to the metal housing. The Li-Ion cells are less sensitive to physical damage than LiPo cells (soft packs) that can also be damaged by too much pressure.



Precisely designed for use with 2 batteries in the boat with no wobble.


In contrast to other manufacturers we use 4S (4 cells) Li-Ion packs with 14.8V nominal power instead of 7.4V or 11.1V. Due to the higher voltage of our 4S batteries, much less current is consumed at the same load and allows in combination with the jet drive longest battery life. The usable power is calculated from the nominal voltage (Volt) * capacity (Ah) = watt hours (Wh) in our case 14.8V * 30Ah = 444Wh per battery pack!
